Booking Information

How To Make A Booking

Book in person or by telephone

Book in person during the opening times or by telephone during these times. An answer machine is in operation when each venue Box Office is closed, please leave a message and a member of staff will contact you as soon as possible.

Reservations for LIVE Events

Your tickets can be reserved for 7 days, after which, if no payment has been received, they will go back on sale. (This deadline does not apply to group bookings).

Ticket Collection

Your tickets can either be sent to you (postage charge is 45p) or can be collected in person from the Box Office.

Concession Tickets

Events listing ‘C’ ticket prices denote a price reduction available to full time students (with NUS identification), children aged 15 and under, people aged 60 and over, disabled people, and all Rhondda Cynon Taf Leisure Pass cardholders.

Group Bookings (for RCT Cultural Services events only)

For live events, groups of 8 and over are entitled to 50p off each ticket, if booked in one transaction. However, some events have enhanced group discounts – please check the ticket details of individual events or discuss with the venue manager. For groups of 20 or more, the identified group organiser receives a free ticket, in addition to the standard group discount.

For cinema events, for every 10 tickets booked in a single transaction, the 10th ticket is free. Group booking discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other concessions or any other special offers.

School Bookings

Some events have a special school discount, which includes free tickets for teachers/lecturers/education assistants (on a ratio 1 to 10 unless otherwise agreed with the venue). Please call the venue’s Box Office or check the ticket details of individual events.

Young Children and Babies

To comply with licensing and health and safety requirements, all audience members, including babies and children, must be in possession of a valid ticket. There is no charge for this ticket for children under the age of 2. Children under the age of 8 MUST be accompanied by an adult, who must accept full responsibility for the children in their care at all times.

There are baby-changing facilities at The Coliseum and The Muni and high chairs available in The Muni’s Footlights Café Bar & Gallery Shop.

Due to licensing laws, children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the bar areas after 9.00pm.
